I recently stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights and had a great experience. the value for money was exceptional. It was reasonably priced, especially considering its convenient location near multiple sites like Cadbury's World. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms. They were clean and tidy, and although the fan just circulated hot air, the bed was surprisingly comfortable. Additionally, the staff were polite and friendly, making me feel welcome during my stay. The basic amenities were provided, and the breakfast options were satisfactory, ensuring a good start to the day.

Walking distance to Cadbury World. Brewers Fayre was 5 mins walk away. Magnificent location and moderate prices.

The bed was comfortable and it was good value for the price we paid, we also discovered a lovely Morrison's cafe close by where we enjoyed hot drinks.

There were also nearby facilities such as supermarkets, a cinema, and a range of restaurants, making it a convenient base for exploring the city.

The attached Brewers Fayre pub/restaurant was a letdown. The quality of the food was subpar, and there were often shortages of menu items.

Stayed at a hotel for a city trip. Great parking facilities and located next to a large supermarket. the staff were friendly and informative. the rooms were clean with ample tea and coffee facilities, large comfy beds with extra pillows and towels provided. the online check-in was easy and efficient. the staff provided water on the front desk of the hotel.

The breakfast next door was basic and not worth the price paid. One of the single beds in the family room was very hard and made a lot of noise.
